- Deed of Trust
- Trust resolution authorising the representative
- Trust registration number
- Original Title Deed
- Previous Deed of Transfer (if available)
- Passport-size photo of representative
- Contact details and physical address
- Affidavit signed before a Notary Public with right thumb fingerprint
- Biometrics (representative photo capture)
